Technical Note 

iPECS ONE March F.D (v3.5.1), March ECO (v3.5.2) and also iPECS Cloud March ECO version (v5.5.3.2) release

We released ONE March F.D version and ECO version one after the other to meet requirements of the Korea market.

We will also release the iPECS Cloud March ECO version this week. 

What’s New?

• iPECS ONE March F.D (v3.5.1)

-. CRM Activity logging

-. USB headset integration for call control (Windows & Mac),

    Supported EPOS headset (SC130, SC260, SDW 5064 DECT DW Pro 1 USB ML)

-. More contact information (Adding info to locate the correct person, Display info when available in the contact DB).

-. Call forwarding information display (available with iPECS Cloud March ECO version)

-. Korea oriented features

   1)  changed workflow for a contact in global search (current : chat window, if-required : showing contact)

   2)  Deactivating the Record button: Regardless of EMS ACR/ODR assignment, Record button can be disabled if-

         required.

• iPECS ONE March ECO (v3.5.2)

-. Option for Company directory: if-required, it won’t display any data for Company directory even if there is information

    available.

-. String change for CFWD description in Home screen.

   1)  Current : There is no target number. Please turn on after setting target number.

        To-be : There is no preset destination. Please enter a destination in the setting

   2)  Current : Search by name and number

        To-be : Search by name, number and phone number

-. Mobile app is now showing job title correctly on the results of search detail.

    (Prev. version shows position instead of job title)

• iPECS Cloud March ECO (v5.5.3.2)

-. EMS/OMS/SBC/Analytics/UCM bug fix

-. Major change :

               1)  120dh IP DECT support,

2. SBC Trunk Cseq management :  fix a call drop issue in 10 sec
3. Analytics - correct typo in Activity time summary, fix the Monitor start issue when CM swap happens

Tips

• Transparent mode of LIP terminal

           -. Should be discussed with customer prior to use, due to security and performance aspects.

           -. When Transparent mode changes (UDP/TCP/TLS), LIP terminal needs to be restarted for the changes to take effect.

•  ONE major features (P3)

           -. ONE Web client is available for ACD Agent from ONE P3. (Web client only)

           -. It can logon 1 primary and upto 10 secondary queues.

           -. The ACD agent (ONE Web client) can request Help or Coaching to the ACD supervisor.

           -. The ACD supervisor (ONE Web client) can do Silent monitoring or Whispering coaching.

           -. More multi-client seat type are now available with ONE.
