May, 2023 Notice iPECS UCE EoL (End of Life Cycle) ELG would like to remind all iPECS Cloud SPs that the existing UCE running on iPECS Cloud will reach its EoL (End Of Life Cycle) on June 30th, 2023. As of July 1st, 2023, There will be no technical support or software warranty provided for UCE. Therefore, all UCE users will need to be moved to iPECS ONE before EoL (End of Life Cycle) date. ELG kindly requests you review your plan for further action accordingly. Please reach out to us in case there is any potential risk of scheduled migration. iPECS Cloud Monitoring Guide V1.0 release information ELG registered the iPECS Cloud Monitoring Guide V1.0 in the Cloud Case system. ELG has updated the iPECS Monitoring Guide to version 5.5 in order to reflect the current status. You can use this document to monitor the health status of the iPECS Cloud system on your own. Technical Note Cannot delete completely DDI number and Device used before When a customer returns DDI numbers and devices, and their account is closed, the associated DDI and device information cannot be completely deleted from the OMS. This is because deleting DDI numbers and devices from the system would compromise the integrity of the database. However, you can verify that the DDI number is unused by checking the SP >> DDI Number >> Number Management section. 
Additionally, if the device has been returned, you can modify its MAC address and model in OMS SP >> Device Management >> Device Info: 
- If the MAC address was entered incorrectly, you can enter a different valid MAC address. - You can also change the MAC address to a Dummy MAC. A Dummy MAC is a MAC address that is not assigned to any device. It can be used to test network connectivity or to hide the identity of a device. Tip One-Day Reservation of Newly Added DDI Numbers and Devices When a DDI number and device are newly added, they will be marked as 'Reserved' for one day. This status will only be visible to management and will not affect the customer's usage.
