-. New Multi-client seat (ONE client with IP DECT / iPECS Cloud Mobile / 3rd party SIP)

-. Security options: sRTP(media) & TLS (LIP/SIP terminals and features AA/VM/CR/Tone)

Tips

  • Provisioning CRM license to end user

           -. CRM license order can be completed when iPECS Cloud platform has enough available CRM licenses configured

               internally.

           -. Once order completed, CRM licenses will be provisioned to EMS customer manager portal (Customer manager >

               License Management > Mondago CRM/Outlook License)

           -. Customer manager can assign each CRM license to a proper user via a secure way and needs to play a role to

               manage those licenses.
