This certification focuses on understanding Cloud configuration, product comprehension, and technical support, testing your grasp of essential iPECS Cloud features for enterprise communication.

■  Details

- Available Certificates

- Fundamental: Launch in July 2024

- Advanced: Planned for 2025

- Certification Requirements: Complete 100% of the online video learning + Score 80 points or higher on the Final Test

- Validity Period: Valid for three years

- Important Policies: Only individuals who have obtained the iPECS Cloud Certificate can raise case issues, effective from 2025.

iPECS Cloud Certificate – Fundamental

■  Content

- The program includes an overview of iPECS Cloud, its configuration and architecture, preparation for cloud setup, and a basic understanding of the OMS and EMS environments and settings.

- You will also learn to create service plans, place orders, and create users to set up an environment similar to the actual iPECS Cloud.

- Additionally, it covers using ONE, Analytics and monitoring in EMS.

■  Curriculum

Overview/Configuration/Setup → OMS → Service Plan → Order → EMS → Create User → ONE/Analytics → Monitoring

■  Special Note for Grace period

During the Grace period (Jul 2024 to Dec 2024), the completion criteria are relaxed for existing partners: Only passing the final test is required.
