iPECS Cloud P6

The iPECS Cloud P6, ONE P4, and Analytics P4 are all scheduled for release at the end of September. You can conduct an Acceptance Test for these releases on your lab system, and the commercial platform can be upgraded accordingly. Please reach out to your TAM to arrange the schedule.

 

Reminder for 2023 iPECS training

Ericsson-LG Enterprise has scheduled iPECS training for 2023 as outlined below. While you may have already received detailed notifications through the August iPECS Newsletter, we would like to emphasize the importance of registering for this training within the specified registration period.

 

Session Summary

  1. Cloud Session : 10/17(Tue) ~ 10/20(Fri) with two different time zones.
  2. On-Prem. Session : 10/23(Mon) ~ 10/27(Fri) with two different time zones.

Technical Note

iPECS ONE P4 Call Pick-up BLF

We would like to deliver Call Pick-up BLF, one of the ONE P4 functions introduced last month.

 

  • Customer Manager EMS configuration
  • To the admin who will get the notification for incoming calls to the member of a Pickup Group 
  • Max. 10 members / group can get notification
  • Call pick-up notification
  • Notification will display if there is an incoming call to any member in a call pick-up group
  • The notification will be max 3 pop-up windows concurrently
  • Pop up window will give information on CLI & destination extension name
    • Called user information
    • Calling party information
    • Hunt group information (if exists)
  • Pick up button can be used to pick up the incoming call to the group
  • No new call pickup notifications appearing during calls
  • ONE Mobile client not supported

 

Tip

Timed DND Settings Deleted

When a user presses the 'DND' button after configuring Timed DND, the Timed DND settings will be deleted, which may not align with the user's intended action. Pressing the 'DND' button will reset the Timed DND settings. To re-enable Timed DND, the user will need to reconfigure it through the user portal or keyset configuration.
